We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple and stress-free, we've hired travel advisors , Jess and Jayme from Here and Away Travel to help you all arrange your accommodations and transfers. We've chosen to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Cancun and want you to stay with us and enjoy the celebration!
The resort requires a minimum stay of 3 nights to be included in room block and all wedding events. So please feel free to come for 3 nights or stay as long as you’d like. We are booked 5/22-5/28
We are bringing the boys so you are all welcome to bring your family/kids… littles or adults :) The boys will be there 5/22-5/26
For any of you flying solo you’re welcome to bring a guest

The Resort
Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is where all-inclusive luxury meets satisfaction on a stage of stunning tropical views.
The resort balances accommodations, restaurant options, entertainment, fun and activities for both adults and families alike - featuring low-key and elevated dining, multiple indoor and poolside bars, a private white sand beach, exclusive saltwater snorkeling and water activities areas, water park with slides, snack bar and more. . It’s all capped off with an inviting traditional design, legendary Hard Rock hospitality, and undeniable excellence.
Chill out with a cold one by the beach or the pool. No need to even step out of the pool at our swim-up bars. All premium wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks are included at Hard Rock Riviera Maya, home to some of the greatest Caribbean beach resort bars.
NOTE: The Hard Rock Riviera Maya is an all-inclusive resort.
Please Book Your Room Through Jess & Jayme
Jayme & Jess have kindly organized a room block for all of our wedding guests.
***In order to be considered part of the wedding group, receive their complimentary services, and attend wedding events, you will be required to book your room through this block, and not through other venues.
The earlier you make your reservation, the more likely you are to secure your preferred room for the dates you would like to book. Room categories within the room block can sell out at any time as other guests book them.
***Please be advised, guests not booked into our room block, will be charged a fee by the resort to attend the wedding events. Please kindly reserve your room through the room block to avoid any attendance costs and missing out on any of the fun. FYI… The photo attached to this section is an example of the Room Reservation Form so you know what it looks like***
A $200 deposit secures your room.
Final payments will be due on or before January 24th, 2025.
Booking Process:
1) Review room information and pricing - provided within the Hotel section of the wedding website.
2) Review insurance and cancellation info - also provided within the Hotel section of the wedding website.
3) Complete the room reservation form to; provide essential information, select the room of your choice, select travel insurance options (where applicable) and select preferred transport option.
Once these steps are complete, Jayme and Jess will make your deposit. Please note that the invoice approval comes via email and it is not spam.
Nothing will be charged to your card until you sign the invoice approval.
Any time you would like to make a payment, you will just request a link from Jayme & Jess so you can make the payment for any amount you would like up until the time the final payment is due.
*Please Note - Since this is an all inclusive resort, all guests coming to the resort - regardless of age - MUST BE LISTED ON THE ROOM RESERVATION. If anyone is left off, when you arrive at the reso rt you will have to pay the current rate (they will not give you the group rate) or possibly purchase a second room if the additional guest puts you over the room occupancy. If the resort is sold out and is at their max resort occupancy level, it is possible the additional guests will not be permitted on the property at all.
Round Trip Airport - Hotel Transfers
When filling out the reservation form, you will be adding round trip transfers to and from the airport and resort when you reserve your room.
A private, NON STOP Transfer will be $120 per room. (Up to 4 guests on the same exact flights only)
A shared Multi-Stop transfer will be $45 Per person, and can make up to 3 stops.

RESERVATIONS IN THE GROUP ARE FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT INSURANCE AFTER JANUARY 24TH, 2025 .
Here and Away Travel STRONGLY recommends that you purchase travel insurance, especially when traveling internationally.
We highly recommend travel insurance not only to protect the investment on your trip (many deposits and payments with group blocks are non-refundable if you do not), but also to protect you if something unexpected happens and you need medical attention or have to go to the hospital in Mexico. Most US insurance companies don’t cover anything that happens outside of the USA, which can leave you with HUGE bills that would not be reimbursed unless you have medical coverage for your trip. (Also please note, the hospitals in Mexico will not allow you to leave until ALL bills have been paid.
Please note that Here and Away Travel cannot help you recoup any financial losses that arise in the case that you do not purchase travel insurance.
CANCELLATIONS: ALL RESERVATIONS IN THE GROUP ARE FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER JANUARY 24TH, 2025 WITHOUT INSURANCE.
$200 Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT INSURANCE COVERAGE. We know that most things that come up that would cause you to have to cancel your trip are unexpected and that most people think they will never use their travel insurance. The fact is,most won’t have to use it and we hope you never do.
But travel insurance isn’t for those “most times.” It’s for the times that something unexpected comes up before or during travel - illnesses, last minute work obligations, sudden financial stresses, injuries during travel, etc.
The last thing we want is for something incredibly stressful to be going on and then on top of it, you are out thousands of dollars in travel costs or medical expenses because you did not purchase insurance. Please note that not refunding costs after the date of January 24th, 2025 is not our policy, it is the resort’s group policy and they do not budge. PLEASE we beg you to consider travel insurance so that you are financially protected in all scenarios.

Insurance WITH Cancel for any Reason
*With this option, if you cancel for a covered reason you will get 100% of your money back less the cost of the insurance if you have to file a claim. If you have to cancel for a reason not covered buy the policy, the Cancel for any Reason Waiver kicks in and you will receive a 75% refund less the cost of the insurance.
